hello.
We all have stories to tell. Our individual stories range from loss to gain, joy to grief, and a massive scale of other complex experiences in between. After 2020, I realized it was time for me to share my story. I've soloed the last 18 months which has awarded me time to think ... a lot of time to think... about everything. I had many moments to revisit.
Initially, I had zero intentions of sharing my story because I didn't think what I had to say, about my life, mattered to anyone else. However, I have an immense and beautiful tribe that pushed me through my self doubt to author my first book. It was the most intense, emotionally draining, six-month journey I've ever taken, but aided with the love and support of many, I completed the mission.
I invite you to take a trip with me... to an intimate and deeply personal place that shaped me into the woman that I am today. And as you are navigating through your own, personal spaces, my wish is that you choose joy and be gentle with yourself and others.
I thank you all so much for your support.
Love,
Sade Solánge Cooper aka "Boogie"
